Access key question

I just bought Factions but i can't where this key is. Where would it be? I got the manuscript and other install paperwork.

you should have it on a plastic card, about the same size as credit card. It should be in a small plastic bag in the box.

mine was inside a small black envelope that I had to tear open.

Etta is correct for the European version. For the NA version:

"In the Standard or Collector's Edition retail game boxes for North America is a square white envelope. "Access Key Card" is printed on the front and back. The envelope is perforated on three sides.

You will need to carefully remove the perforated edges to open the envelope. Your access key is printed on the inside."

Well i got screwed. No envelope was in the box at all. And i got it from an online store too.
