Sorry, but I only have a clue about the first and the last.

On the hand axe - I'm thinking 40-50kish is about the max they'll get lately, but I'm not real sure on that.
On the staff - have seen them sell for as low as 5-10k, but I think they're worth at least 20-30k, maybe more. (If it turns out they're worth a whole lot more, let me know please? )
