Are there any sites for GW like thottbot.com for WoW?

title says it all.

Just wondering because I would love having a map of mobs and stuff.

Wow if that's Guild War's bible, then I'm not a believer.

Lack of content imo and it's not complete. No zone maps either.

Basically it's just a guide, I was looking for something like thottbot.com where people can post their stuff and how to do quests and where to look for stuff, etc. GW quests are not hard at all and everything is straight forward but it would be nice to have the information before hand. At least wiki has a list of most weapons, but I believe some are missing.

So you want the game to be easier than it already is? knowing where monsters are going to spawn before you go out and kill and do a quest? Maybe thats the reason they don't have a website containing info like that. It would make easy mode look like WoW. *cheap crack at an insult*

WoW is relying on a lore legacy that has been around for almost 20 years, starting with Warcraft 1.

You can't ask for more information, if there is simply not much more (official, and not made-up by fans) info. Anyway, Guildwars has two wiki sites, which is the best source for information that is relyable. The first (onofficial) has been around for ages and has LOTS of information. The second (official) has less information, but is going to take over the old site, since they dont have the support from anet, due to Gold Farmer Adds on the site. The link to the official wiki can be found on www.guildwars.com

Cain, the official wiki is there because it is impossible for them to own GuildWiki due to the CC licence, its "non-commercial" and because the GWW will eventually be accessible ingame, it can't happen.

It just isn't possible to hand GuildWiki over, no individual person is allowed to, every editor must individually release their contributions under the GNU-FDL.

guildwiki.org is the old domain name, it redirects to gamewikis

Blasphemy!!! There are over 10,000 pages of content and you actually claimed it has a lack of it?! Are you even clicking on the links? No zone map? Every location and area has a map on it! Almost all missions have a map on it. A lot of quests have maps and walkthroughs.

What exactly are you looking for?

this guy probably looked at the front page of wiki and expected the site to magically read his mind and show him the map he wanted. when it didn't come up, he decided not to dig any deeper . ..
