Shin Jea Profession Trainers??? Were is one?

I'm looking for a secondary profession but I cant find a trainer??? Were is one????

When you head towards storage from the main area, the last kinda entryway before you go up the hill to storage has 8+ npc's in it, those are where you want to be.

as far as factions goes, it's not a level persay, but rather just a step in the storyline. Follow the primary quests and eventually you'll get there.
