Issues with Chkkr Brightclaw farm...

Does he ever drop anything worthwhile?
I'm now officially not sure whether I've hit a farming code that A-Net claimed they had removed or whether there is in fact something seriously wrong with Chkkr Brightclaw... I just went back to Byzzr Wingmender to test my luck and got his Green (though nothing else of worth) twice in a row.... which threw me regarding my opinions on the anti-farming code...
But I have now solo-killed Chkkr Brightclaw well over 50 times in hard mode (and failed about as many times due to him getting killed by plant-monsters)... and he hasn't dropped any golds NOR his green even once. Not once. Nothing.

Is Chkkr Brightclaw just really stubborn when it comes to drops or is something else wrong? Nobody I have spoken to around Melandru's Hope border outposts who has farmed him has got anything either.

Has anyone else here had luck with Chkkr?

Soti I just updated my farm spots to include Chkkr,I've gotten a couple greens from him and youre more than welcome to have one if you'd like,just catch me sometime when im logged on.

...... As much as I'm jealous of you for managing to get those from him... I would feel a sense of obligation toward you to return the favour if I accepted your charity.
I have a personal vendetta against Chkkr now and I won't leave him be until he gives me what I want personally.
The sentiment is appreciated though.... as bitter as my reply might be in your thread. I was just surprised. Sorry if I spoke out of place.

On my honour, I will get 1 Brightclaw and 1 Elite Ritualist Tome from that fetcher.... even if I have to solo farm him for the rest of my life.

I just bring hench to take care of the other monsters...ive gotten a fow scroll. I just want a rit eite tome and maybey a gree, other than that hes not really worth it.

I got the bloody green... after doing (coincidentally, as it happens) precisely what MiN claimed to be doing: I started bringing in a full AI team with me to take care of the plants... for zero risk of having to start over... [though I accidentally planted them just in aggro range of Salke's group and they got wiped most of the time when that happened]...

But yeah... I carried on like that until I got his green. Still no golds though.
And oddly enough, as nifty as the green itself looks... I noticed two things:
#1. It isn't held IN the hand so much as THROUGH the hand... Some sort of mesh-glitch... very annoying.
#2. It doesn't do much that Orosen's Staff (the weapon my Ritualist already has) can't.... but then it looks different enough, and it'll make for faster casting if I get a matching offhand.

Now I need the Elite Ritualist Tome... Could ideally do with two.... but let us not push the luck here... Question is whether it'll be to teach my Warrior VwK when she gets out of Pre-Sear.... or to give my Ritualist an elite before she even hits level 5...


.... For the record though.... I now have 12 Byzzr's Benedictions.... and I didn't harm him nearly as much as I did Chkkr. -_-;

Byzzr loves to give me Benedictions but not once has he coughed up an Elite monk tome that I actually wanted from the exercise :'(

Maybe it is just the variability of Green Drop Odds....

Kinda like the whole thing with that monk boss.... I forget the name... the one with two greens... the Protection Staff and Vera... The odds of getting Vera are very much lower, but I SO want it (and admittedly I haven't got either)...

I finnaly got a tome and 3 greens.. im happy now, back to real stuff.
