Access Key is unreadable... help!

Well I found the access key on the back of the Disc-Case-Cover, and it wanted me to gently scratch off the silver with the coin to reveal the Key...
when I did, I got most of the silver off, but alot of the words are REALLY smeared, there are only 2... maybe 1 1/2 segments that are readable, what can I do?

Can you give your code to them and ask them to tell you what it says, and if they can't, give you a new one for free? (if you give them back the CDs and manuals and all).

As long as you can prove that you brought the copy at that shop, you can change it.
It is included in the manual that if the cd-key is missing or unreadable, you may change it within 14 days.
Hope that you still have your receipt. And next time, open it in the shop and scratch it in front of them.
