Techy guildwars question

This question has to do with the game itself so I thought it was the best place to post it (sorry if I'm wrong)

Is guildwars a multi-threaded application?

In other words was it programmed to actually utilize both (or more) cpu cores if present in the computer being run on?

I believe the answer is no. I have a duo core processor and gw always runs at 50%.
