how about making the entire collection of preorder items from all 3 campaigns availble for like $10?
maybe Divine Auras for $5 for those of us that missed out on CE.
the other campaigns would be separated as well so if you want all dances it'd be $15 to get all 3
OR even better, an new /dancenew for prophecies chars
Ce's divine aura could only be addon to it. and it would keep the CE owners happy that they are still special like the warrior's fire aura could be magnified by the new dance making a semi pyrotenchic dance, but an ordinary warrior wouldn;t be that way, a tiny bit of fire or embers scattering on the ground.

As for Collector's Edition items, they are supposed to be unique. But the differences that you mentioned might be possible in some way.

Why should people pay $25 more for Collector's Editions with "exclusive" extras if aNet is just going to turn around and offer the same extras to other players for a lesser fee. One can argue that CE's come with out-of-game exclusives as well, but most of those have been of extremely low quality. Because of this "low quality" of out-of-game items, most people I have talked with about these items said that their interest in the CE's were the in-game items.
Same goes for pre-order items as well, really. I missed out on the Prophecies Collector's Edition and pre-order disc and would love to have an opportunity to obtain these extras but, rightfully so, those extras are exclusive to those who invested in GW when applicable.
I own both Factions and Nightfall CE's and I enjoy being able to tell who bought them as well.

yea preoreders and CE are spcial things if you went out and got them. i would love proph CE and preorder but i got screwed and i accept that.

Then rank 2 'People Know Me', 5 more titles maxed and you would be able to unlock ultimate PRESTIGE bonuses!

And everyone lives happily ever after!
