I disagree, sorry. Those have been hard to get 20-30k for in q9 for a while. I just can't see it selling at all with req 11, which can be tricky to hit on a lot of monk builds.

I like the skin a lot, so it pains me to say this .... but I think your best bet with this is to salvage the inscription and sell for 5-10kish.
