It last 24 seconds max, its recharge is 30 seconds, so whoever casts it can only keep it on one person.

so according to how guys seethis skill as: 2/3 melee and 2/3 casters with this skill keeping it on the melee constant ( on recharge) and that means the melee can have a elite weapon attack or something similar while having a constant boost.
Current RaO , 2/3 rangers with RaO keeping it on themselfs constant ( unless pet is dead or not enough enerrgy) and that means the 2/3 people that would have this skill "Im counting on you" can have other elites for damage or support.
Tell me again how that is so different?

eh im a fan of paragons, my one is my favourite character, and im running out of support buids (DoA and HA teams hate me
