Issue with Nightfall

Hi, I just bought Nightfall from the store and registrated it on my account. Before I registered it I had 6 slots (4 from Prophecies and 2 from Factions), now after I registrated Nightfall I still had 6 slots instead of 8. Are the server issues the cause of this problem? Any help is appreciated.

Your best bet is to submit a support ticket form the PlayNC website. If the problem is at Arena Net they are the only ones that can help you. You might receive a few automated answers before your ticket will get to a real person. They got instructions on how to make sure it reaches a technician.

This is definitely an Anet issue that'll have to be taken up with them, and they'll have to be the ones that fix it.
