I keep getting error 7s after like every few minutes..... this has ever happened before and I have always had a good connection.

Not err7s, no, but my friendlist keeps disconnecting and I've been getting lagspikes since last night.

Yah I was getting those in AB and lots of other people were.... but now I can't even play for longer then 3-5 mins cause it errors right away -.-

Last night I has couple of Err7's and lag spikes. Normally have no problems.

Defrag your computer, and that usually fixes the problem.
