The other 15 attribute points?

So I made a warrior on Factions but got bored pretty quickly and moved over to Elona because I prefer the end game stuff there to be honest.

Anyway, I got the first extra 15 attribute points from the guy at the sunspear great hall for getting 1000 sunspear points but he won't give me any more. Does anyone know where I do get the other ones? I got General which I thought was the requirement for them.

I didn't know you could get the quests in lands where you weren't born. Anyway, go to Ran Musu Gardens and Seitung Harbor - both have 15 attribute quests, so one of them should be available.

If your character was created in Factions, then he can't get the 15 attribute quests in Elona. In Factions, the two 15 attribute quests are in Ran Musu Gardens(Only available after completing Minister Cho's Estate Mission) and Seitung Harbor(Only available after completing the Zen Daijun Mission). The 2 Elonian 15 Attribute Quests are both obtained from that guy and just involve getting Sunspear Promotion Points and ranking up in the title. The first one requires you to obtain Rank 2, Sunspear Master Seargent(100 Points) and the second one requires you to obtain Rank 4, Fist Spear(300 Points).

Shenanigans, I call shenanigans! You can't take the 15 att point quests in Elona if you're Canthan born!
