Sunspear and Lightbringer Runs in Hard Mode

I know that the Remains of Sahlahja is one of the runs for collecting Sunspear and Lightbringer points. A quick 15 minute run for Sunspear Points yields about 560 points. If you have two quests active a 35 minute run yields over 600 points each. Of course you can always keep these quests active until you are done. Unfortunately if the quests are closed then you cannot do them again.

The Remains of Sahlahja run takes 5 minutes for the 500-ish sunspear points. You kill the two closest mobs, then go down the alley behind them, and kill a mob or two on the way to the Undead Rit boss, then the guy himself.

trap Stygian Veil for lightbringer.

dont be intimidated by not being R, any x/R can trap just fine with spirits around.

Go north out of mouth of torment. There is one margonite group followed by a margonite group with a boss. You can kill both in a few minutes.

I wouldn't bother with SS points, you'll max it out without farming long before you finish vanquishing.
