Hard to say on the bow. There is something of a market for the -1 inherent weapons among collectors. But they usually want perfect 15/-1. I'm guessing no more than 10-15k if that for the bow.

On the staff, that 20 hct healing makes it pretty rare and pricey I suspect. I think at least 100k. Probably more, depending on how much effort you put into selling it.
