PC Fire Staff 20/20 (not-inscription)

I just found this pretty normal staff, but I just wanted to ask if it is worth anything cause it has 20% casting time inherent mod (+ it isn't an inscription )



The skin is the normal tyrian skin, (same as koosun fire staff)
