NPC Hitboxes bump me around..... Help??

When I go near a NPC i get bumped around.... like i cant go through them (as with human players)

The game runs fine graphically just, this weird problem...

It's supposed to be like that, to keep players from sitting right on top of the NPCs and confusing other players clicks.
