Would you spend more money with GW?

Given the chance of having more in-game content and improvements, STILL with no monthly fee, would you be willing to spend your money on a completely OPTIONAL method?

I expressed some ideas on the matter in these threads.

After recent changes in guild wars I think i have spent enough money on gws now.

I like the guild hall idea, and the in game save. I def. support that.

I'll edit, only because i didnt see RL money. Now in game money, I would definetly fork out to get Guild Hall improvements.

I doubt that I will, but having the option is nice just for when I actually feel like making an impulse buy.

2) Not big on the consumable idea. As for customizing it, to what extent are we talking? Lime green walls and a Velvet Elvis painting or something?

And as a note, neither would Anet offer that as they have state inumerous times, there is no in-game fee that will get you an advantage, and I don't think they would change their mind.
