Well, I've yet to see a rare weapon drop without a damage mod, my buddy picked this up earlier and wants to know what it's worth (if anything).

Merchant it. Golds do drop without a damage mod quite frequently.

merchant imo too, tho some skins like chaos axe with no dmg mod are still cool (had ppl from my old guild collect them)
cant say the same for deadbow
