PC on wand, staff, scythe, & shield

Thanks in advance for any help you help you can give.
I know the req's a bit high on the staff (and obviously the mods are a bit of a mess), but I'm wondering if there's some value in the skin anyway.

Hopefully if you looked at this with the bad graphics, you'll take another look.
