Hi, I was wondering if a rare skinned weapon (bow) req 9 +15-10 would be worth adding the 20/20 +30 to it before selling. Would that make the price go high enough to pay for the mods I purchased?

You'd most likely not raise the price by enough to cover the price you paid for the mods, if at all
