PC on Weird Sword

Ok i have a gladius req9 here are the mods

Zealous Gladius 11-22dmg (req9 swordsmanship)
Damage+15%
-1energy regeneration
Gain 1 energy for each hit
-1energy regeneration

I say its a very weird weapon but is it rare?

Nope, not really, not super common, but -1 health and energy weapons do drop, and since it's a gladius you might get 5k

I'll say 1k in my a opinion.
