PC on r9 Gold Dead Bow

if anyone could help with the PC for this one:

Shocking Dead Bow of Fortitude
- Lightning dmg 15-28, req 9 marks.
- +15% dmg while enchanted
- +29 hp

30k maybe cause it's 15% Enchanted

I disagree - the market is currently flooded with Dead Bows, and even the really desireable ones (i.e. 15>50) aren't fetching 30K any more.

I'd say you'd be lucky if you can sell the bow for 10K...but 5K is more realistic.
