Ive never understood that. What would it matter the req? I mean, you need the maximum amount of points in a weapon to make it effective, so why hassle with a requirement? You really dont see a warrior running around with only 9-10 points in axe now do you?

no it deosnt but thats the only thing that makes one nf weaps better than another.

so skin and req are bad salvage the 15^50
