wtb: req7-8 tactic shields, 14-16 armor, inscriptable

Hi Guys.

I need a few Tactic Shields with req7 or 8, don't have to be max. 14 or 15 armor is ok. Allthough max shields are prefered.

They need to be inscriptable.

i got 1 req 8 tac wit 15 armor Tribal Shield incribable .. if u want it let me know ..
