Searching For A Guild

Basically, i am making this thread because, i am seeking a new guild. The one i was in previously was active in the sense that it was very talkative..but we never did anything...no events...nothing. Everyone would talk about the game etc, but when someone would ask if for help(quest,mish,etc)The guild became silent and the majority of the time wouldn't reply or state how they can't and are busy.

What I'm looking for in a guild.

I'm searching for a guild that is PVE based but if the members enjoy PVP that is fine, i do as well-as long as it's not what the guild is based on. I prefer a guild that has already been established for quite some time- just so I know that the guild is strong and active. I would like a guild that is active-members that have at least logged in for the past couple weeks and members that actually talk to people on guild chat.. (Ex: if someone says hi or something, replies are given) I prefer an American guild where most members are based on Central Time Zone. I am located in Central Time Zone-GMT -6. I would like to be in a guild where members are helpful, and are always willing to help out a guildmate whenever they possibly can. A guild that does things with one another and has events is great as well. That is probably the most important thing I'm looking for in a guild-A guild that actually helps out and supports one another as well as respectful.

I AM NOT looking for a guild that is very inactive, doesn't communicate much, not helpful, and rude...
