Wasn't sure if this is Merch bait or if it is actually worth something, so I thought I'd give it to the experts first

Conjuring Staff
Halves skill recharge of spells (chance: 20%)
Energy +10
Lightning Dmg: 11-22 (Requires 9 Spawning Power)
Inscription "Hale and Hearty"
Energy +5 (while health is above 50%)

I just changed the mod from +15 armor while in a stance, because I figured that Rt's aren't really ever in stances, and that they could use energy more.
