PC on Spirit of the Forgotten?

I really need the price check on this green weapon (Spirit of the Forgotten)

Either that, or would it be cheaper to bye a Book of Secrets and then get the weapon that way?

It's' pretty much same if you buy that weapon or book for 15k-20k~, book is only easier to get of course ..
