Personally I would drop Bloodsong and Painful Bond for two other Binding Rituals so you're just using Communing and Spawning skills.

My recommendation would be:
Communing 11+3+1
Channeling 10+1
Spawning 10+1
and, if you really want FoMF, Restoration 1(yeah, that looks really pathetic, but FoMF works well in PvE and isn't based on morale boosts). Rather than using a minor rune for 1% more energy, you can possibly use it for a Rune of Vitae or Attunement.
For armor, either Shaman's or Mystic's (Mystic's is good if you switch your skills later on to be less spirit specific, but only really works for this build if you're constantly spawning spirits).
