Master of Whispers won't use BiP!

I checked the "skills heroes won't use" thread, and a couple people said they were having no problems with heroes running BiP... we'll I don't know what's changed, but my Whispers won't use it. He'll use BR no problem (I swapped between the two to check). Don't know if it's related, but I have him on Guard.

What gives? Anyone else having a problem here?

Heros use many skills wrong, perhaps BiP is another one of these.

I suggest going to look over in "PvE Skill Discussion" in Campfire to learn more, and find out if they truly do use it wrong.

If they do, just use Blood Ritual.
