I know that Req 8 are tough to find, especially in Ghostly skins, but am not sure of the value of this item.

Insightful Ghostly Staff of Warding (tyrian)
Energy +10
Earth Dmg: 11-22 (Requires 8 Earth Magic)
Reduces Weakness duration on you by 20% (Stacking)
Energy +5
Armor +7 (vs. elemental damage)

Any ideas on value would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
