PC on a Silencing Celestial Longbow of Defence

I know the purists won't rate it at all as it's Req 11, but hey who doesn't have marksmanship at 12 anyway?



Any thoughts?

Anyone got an idea?

High req lowers the price even that we all know that most have maxed markmanship or close at least. 40k~ or so.
