I've recently begun to use this elite. Though believed to be less than useful,I have found that this stance is definitely more potent than first expected.
[skill=big]Practiced Stance[/skill]
The recharge with no investment in expertise could make it useful to a secondary archer to spred conditions, though it truely excels when a capable Ranger is using it with various other prep combinations. This elite stance, with its normal companion prep,[skill=card]Choking Gas[/skill], makes for the bane of most spellcasters when the Ranger is using a shortbow and a strong enough Marksmanship attribute rating.
What are the views of its usefulness?

Yep, practiced stance plus choking gas, plus an attack speed boost and the use of a shortbow or flatbow, will spell virtual shutdown for a large number of spellcasters. It's the skill combo that carried me through the Ring of Fire Island missions.
