Concept Skill: Super Nova

Super Nova
25 energy
6 second casting time
60 second recharge
Spell. Create a Super Nova at target foe's location. For 10 seconds, all nearby foes are struck for 10...48 fire damage each second and suffer disease for 1...11 seconds. This spell causes exhaustion. (Fire Magic).

This skill may need some work, but that's the best I can come up with.
You might be wondering about the "disease" part and be like WTF? Well, I thought there might be some RADIATION! Therefore, disease, cancer, whatever, it's going to be disease.
Because of its name, it should be Ultra-deadly in a spike right? Well, I thought it'd be good to have a huge blast radius instead of damage. Since super novas are quite large right?
For the graphics, I thought it should be simple, have a big red "dust ball" with some glowing parts to look like, fire? But then have to flatten out as it goes further out. Then have a blue spark here and there.

I dont know about putting it in fire magic... it could go in air too if you wanted. The damage output on this is REALLY low... I would make the AoE be all foes within earshot (eg. one aggro circle size)

But you got to count the disease factor into the equation too.
So then, they're disease while they're in the "nova".
5x2=10 health degenerated per second
10+48=58 dmg per second
58x10=580 dmg total
then 11 seconds disease after that is another 110 dmg through degeneration and don't forget spreading too.
It may deal damage slowly, but the AoE is quite large still.

i find this an obscure skill for guildwars the only skill of the same concept i can think of is "star burst" but that is much more mithological super nova is too scientific and in ear shot would be horible imagine a team of 8 ppl using it that is massacre.

put it in energy storage, Super novas are indeed hot superstars exploding but heat and radiation arnt the only forces radiating from it. Infact, they are are weakest.

Yeah, you can spam 8 of these plus echo or something else and set out another one. If this was for earshot, just think how short the first battle would be in the heroes' ascent. 18 second battle...

I believe you can deal that much damage with Flame burst + Inferno and beat the time. =D

well i didnt crunch numbers but you get my idea.... hell buff it to 100...800
