ok so here is my idea for a ranger skill
rain from heaven
All your Preparations are removed. arrows rain down on target foe location.for 1..7 seconds all near by foes take 2..16 holy damage every second they stay in area .

im not even looking at the actual skill till you change the damage type what does a ranger have to do with holy? plz keep rangers to earth and peircing

Kaida the Heartless
Several Elementalist skills come to mind (Fire Skill Tree?) as well as a few smiting prayers skills. This skill would really get it's damage from the "In the Area" effect and the short recharge time. Perhaps tone the damage down or increase the recharge. Also consider that Rangers are the anti-god in the concept that they stray from enchantments and holy damage and stick to things more natural, such as the above mentioned piercing and earth damage.
