The concept for the contest was to draw either my character Sanra Sprinkleworth or Shanaeri Rynale (more info and rules in the original contest thread here: link) in an entry with both characters, or an entry featuring only one of the characters (we have one winner list each for those 2 categories)
I'd like to note we'll be holding a mini-event ingame to congratulate the winners and give them their prizes. We'll hold this event in Henge of Denravi International 1 on Sunday 13th May 7PM GMT (remember to add +1 hour if you're in an area with daylight savings). I'd appreciate it if artists reply here or send me an PM with their ingame name. That way I won't have a random wammo say "HAY, I R AKUTEX, GIMME MONEYS PLZ!", claim they're a winner and confuse the heck out of everybody. If any winner can't meet up to the mini-event, we'll just hand over the prize if we see you online at any other time.
By the way, this will be only a casual event, besides kidnapping the artists to make them draw art for us... erm... I mean, besides congratulating the artists and giving them our gold there's nothing else planned.

Shan comment: Great Artwork, nice tagline and a great mesmerish feel to it, a deserved winner.
Sanra comment: Love it! Nice joke and the addition of Shiro perfects it. The overall mood for the picture is great. Love the small details such as the glitter falling from Shan's hands. Shan's FoW ribbon is just too cute. Definitely a worthy winner.
2nd place worth 100k goes to Akutex
Shan comment: So much detail here, from the accurate depiction of the DVDF cape to the overall quality. A very close second. Fun to boot.
Sanra comment: A very fun entry. Excellent job drawing the characters' outfits.

Shan comment: Astonishing detail and quality.
Sanra comment: Theme is perfect for mesmers. The characters looks just stunning. The entry definitely has a great mesmer-esque feel overall.

Shan comment: A really fun, cute image. Nicely drawn and conceived and anything that has Nerf Bats in must be cool
Sanra comment: Very very cute picture. Love the smooth clean artstyle. Background has wonderful detail. Anet could learn from this, they've made the entire mesmer community feel like Sanra/Shan in this picture with their scary, scary nerfbats

Sanra comment: Absolutely adorable. Great job depicting the outfit in a new way, I like all the changes to it as well. The hair looks stunning. The overall soft, soothing, relaxing theme is great. The subtle purple "aura" around her is a nice touch. To put it simply, I love every part of this entry.

The special prize for the top winners is to have me and Shan as their personal slaves for one ingame session. We'll do whatever mission, quest or whatever the winner feels like doing. Although we reserve the right to scream and run away if the winner asks us to dance in the cage in Lion's Arch.
We had a short little public community vote for an extra prize which Ehecatzin Flyingcrab won (the contents of that prize is a Nightfall pre-order key, a full gemstone set and a Prince Rurik minipet).
