PC: Fire Wand +5^50% Recharge of Fire 20%

Hey all,
Been out of the game for a while and need to brush-up on my PCing. Any help with this would be much appreciated.

Would prefer one of the Guru's to PC but if you know what it's worth please feel free to leave your thoughts.

Gold Fire Wand (Tyrian)
11-22 (req 12 Fire Magic)
Energy+5^50%
Halves Recharge of Fire Magic 20%

Very good stats, but common skin & high req lowers the price. Still 8k-10k~ or so in my opinion easily.
