Inscribable.
Mods aren't good but replacing them sin't a problem.

Suppose I would place a 5^50 Inscription on it and 10/10 furious and +30 fortitude mods, what would be it's price then?

10k-15k~ or so, not worth adding mods, only would make it easier to sell but nothing more.

yah I agree with jackie, these axes are very common drops now
bought a req 9 15^50 20/20 +30 one 3 months ago for 25k thats almost as much as all the mods cost.

You're better selling it as is
