Concept Weapon: Blue Storm Sword

Okay, the picture is a little cheesy, but please try to make it look better in your heads.
So the Sword is called the "Blue Storm Sword". o0o0o0o0o0o PRETTY!
Anyway, the first picture (on top) is the "regular" blue storm sword.
It'll do Slashing damage and you can put mods on it. Whoopee!

The one below has like... A fiery blue or something mist coming out.
I was hoping this one would be a green drop from like...

Then the green item will be called "Blue Storm". Little lame, but it's like the Exalted Aegis (unique) is the same as any other exalted aegis.
So then, I was thinking of some stats for the "green" weapon.
Blue Storm
15-22 Icy Damage
15^50%
+5 armor or +30 Health

15-22 Damage
15^50%
20/20 Sundering
+5 armor or +30 health

so yeah.

Also I took liberties from basing my idea of the sword style off the "Power Rangers" and the Blue Storm.... Don't remember where that was from.
Also, the pictures are little poopy, but hey, my tools are limited with paint and my ability.

anyway, I always like the idea of mroe weapons

But the handle was suppose to have a Fishy.......
Also the blue lines were suppose to define like ocean waves which was poorly represented in my picture.
Then you gotta have the "cool" mist around the blade =D

Well, only six more days untill the announcement who won the Design-A-Weapon contest.
That means new weapons are on their way!

Uuhh... No I have not entered it...
1) I didn't know when it would be anyway
2) I have some artistic ability but that deals with looking at real objects or pictures. This I cannot draw.
