PC: Storm Bow, Heket Axe, Summit Hammer

Please PC these items:



Nighfall Rare sticky says 20-30k for Heket, would that still be accurate? Not sure if Summit Hammer's are still wanted, I seem to remember they were once?
Same thread says 70-100k for Storm Bow, as this is perfect (req/dmg mod) non-inscribable does that up the value?
