Create Riptide at your location for 3...7...10 seconds, While in riptide foes attack 33% slower. Everytime a Foe attacks or uses a skill while under riptide you steal 1 energy from that foe

um...... this seems counter intuitive to its self.... they attack slower.... but you want them to attack fast to steal energy...

anything essentially I said that this needs to have some kind of damage.
And also energy steal is the memser's job.

to get the same idea and make it more water magic like i asy

10 secs foes move 33% slower when they attack or cast a spell they are interupted and lose 1 energy
cost 25 exaustion cast 2 recharge 45

make it deal damage and i may think about it.
