WTB any gold Req9 max dmg inscribable axe

I'm in the market for a new Axe. My old one just has a to high a lvl req for me.

It has to be an affordable axe, i have about 15K to burn on this, but i bet there are axes that meet my expectancies for a much lower price.
The inscription doesn't matter, cuz i'll just put in my own.
Mods don't matter either, cause i'll just mod it myself.
