Attributes being changed???

I was a bit surprised to see that my attributes were being changed in HM when fighting 3 or more enemies. What triggers this and how can I stop it?

They use net that cause Weakness: While suffering from this Condition, you deal less damage with attacks and all of your attributes are reduced by 1.

Corsair warriors have this: [skill]"You're All Alone!"[/skill], weakness from it reduces attributes.

Ummm... is no one really looking at the picture. Only one attribute is lowered. That is not weakness.

Either this is a bug, or another example of the hard mode cheating to make up for poor AI programming.

It's weakness, the number is just shown in red because you don't have an earth prayers rune.

I can confirm it's Weakness.

Took my N/Mo 55 out to the Isle of the Nameless, stood next to the Student of Weakness and... Smiting, Healing and Prot all had red numbers next to them on the K screen, Death stood at 0 (no rune or attrinute points, white number), and Curse, SR and Blood were Blue numbers, yet still bore the 'Your rank in XXX is normally...' message.

Seems to me
1)Attributes at 0 stay at 0
2) Attributes boosted naturally, without a rune applied, go red.
3Attributes boosted, with a rune, stay blue.

it can easily be noticed in that screenshot too. smiting is listed at 15, yet there's no up arrow. the down arrow also says 20, which means that it's been pumped full.

Ah, missed the math. Ok, that clears that up.
