PC on perfect BLUE Tall Shield

PC on this awesome shield, please.

too bad its blue, its quite hard to trade blue items, unless req8. so Id say theoretically this might be worth up to 25k-30k to someone (because of the +30 hp tbh). you can get a perfect modded gold req9 for around 80-90k these days, maybe even less.

if you dont mind blue, Id keep and use for myself, trading it is not worth it. other than that, salvage the mods and sell, will probably be faster to do

No, I don't mind using blue items. As a matter of fact, I bought this shield just because it *was* blue. In 24 months of playing this I've never seen a mob say "omg, he has perfect gold items. /surrender", but I have seen fow-clad warriors equipped with crystallines and gloom shields constantly spamming frenzy+breeze+healsig+frenzy+omgnoobmonk combo.
