How do I change my email address (login)??

I went looking... but can't seem to find it anywhere.... I went to edit account options (where it used to be...) but it's not there....

I've asked PlayNC, but they're giving me the third degree like I'm trying to steal someonthing... and asking for ALL the 25 digit account numbers...etc.etc.etc...

Wish there was someplace I could call... help!

are you getting the redirect to the PlayNCsoft site?

if so you used the online store and automatically set uo an account with NCsoft that takes precidence and your email addy you registered the account with and use to login to the game is now just a login name.

you can change the email/password from now on only through the PlayNCsoft account.

send them in the proof the account is actually yours and not an attempt on your account by someone else and they will get it sorted out fast.

i know from personal experience when the ncsoft system suddenly said my account didnt exist.

i found all the keys for 3 accounts with all chapters but had no idea which went with which.

completely sorted out in 2 days and 4 updates to my support ticket as i added keys that i found.

That explains all their questions (which they will have issues locating in their system since I never created a "master" account.)

I'm not impressed.

You can't change the login name (email address), period. You can only change the contact email, password, etc...

^^ Yes you can, I did it yesterday! Just go to options at the login screen and select change email.
