ok i made this inot one big topic cause i really did not want to clutter the forum with 15 diff topics, so yea i will number and serperate by class and you can vote on what you like
Elementalist
1)Obsidian Blades(Earth Magic)
Elite Weapon Spell
15 E, 3 cast, 60 recharge.
For 20...40 seconds your attacks are melee attacks and they deal 2...14-4...23 earth damage and you have +20...+40 armor.
*comments: ok i know weapon spells tend to be rit only but really some other classes have spell types from other classes too, the rit has shadow step ^^, also basicly this allows for more proper use of crystal wave and aftershock and such*
2)Sonic Boom(Air Magic)
spell
5E, 1 cast, 20 recharge.
Target foe and all other foes in earshot take 5...25 damage and are unaffected by shouts and chants for 5...10 seconds.
*comments: ok this on is easy to figure out, you make loud bang noise which hurts their ears and temporarly deafens you ^^*
3)Glyph of Exausting Renewal(no attribute)

5E, 1 cast, 30 recharge
Your next spell recharges instantly but causes exhaustion. if this spell alredy causes exhaustion it causes double exhaustion.
*comments: basicly a non-elite version of glyph o renew*
4)Signet of Renewing Energy(energy storage)

2 cast, 30 recharge
Lose all exhaustion, for each point of exhaustion lost lose 4...2 energy. if this energy lose would drop you energy below zero, you suffer 1/4...1/2 of this back in exhaustion.
*comments: ok eles were the only class to not have a signet so i gave them one, also there is currently no way to deal with exhaustion once you have it. this would not be able to be abused by other classes because one its in energy storage and 2 if you cant pay to remove the exhaustion it just comes back.*

5)Corrupt Soul(curses)

10E, 2 cast, 30 recharge

*comments: well this is good and bad... easier to burn people but then you cant cripple bleed or daze them... then again that could work in your benifit too lol*

the ones that say elite are elite lol, also the monk one a foe has to land the finishing blow, so you cant sac to kill. also the dervish one is just a rough idea i just want dervishes to have skills taht are better with forms and such.

A lot of these are very overpowered. Mainly because if you combine these with other professions its GG. Destroy Mind? LoL. And its not even an Elite? Combine it with MoR and you can knock out a monk with ease the entire game.

first off for obsidian blades if you look it doesnt add damage it changes your damage so if a war or sin took it it would be +40 armor, and a war would deal LESS DAMAGE and its earth damage so its not like its armor ignoring.... there are much better elites for non-eles. all this is good for is to turn an ele into a close range combatant to better use skills like crystal wave
also blessing of the gods REQUIRES A FORM TO BE GOOD, thats why its not elite.... cause then you couldnt use it with a form lol.
also idk why wreck mind is met with so much apprehension first off ill make it fast casting so no other class can use it and second YOU NEED MORE ENERGY THAN THEM FOR IT TO WORK WELL, so really this is only good against a monk who had to all out spike heal.

If Sonic Boom affects shouts, it should be for a lot less, such as 6 seconds, since most shouts hardly last longer than six seconds for the most part anyway. It'd be unfair to have 20 seconds like that, especially if you had multiple elementalists doing the same.

These would need more revamping, but I'd just like all the classes to have equal amounts of elites and skills. However, the Dervish one is FAR too over powered. Health regeneration like crazy. That's like Balthazar + any other god form with that skill (which comes with a free Mystic Regeneration) and that's far too powerful. Combine that with Lyssa, who already does major damage, it'd be unfair. That would need work. I agree, more skills should do bonuses such as "If under a God Form..." or "While under the effects of the Lyssa God Form..." etc.

Tie Fates and Weapon of the Gaurdian are far IMBA. They're just far too powerful. Tie Fates, if implemented, should be half the damage, last only 5 seconds, and be an elite hex spell at a 15 energy cost. 45 second RC.
Weapon of the Gaurdian should be an elite, and the 50-10% damage should be 70-40%.
The others are interesting, but I don't see new skills coming into GW1 anymore.

hum ok yea weapon of the guardian is a bit over powered and tie fates could be reduced too. i think blessing of the gods should prolly be changed also here let me do some revamping of the skills and see if this is better.

Elite version: If attack hits the target, it become blinded for 1...9 seconds. 5 1 5
Non elite version: If attak hits the target become blinded for 1...9 seconds, if you miss you become blinded for same amount of seconds.
Myst spirit: Wildness survival
Elite Version: All creatures in his range can't block attack.
Non elite version: All creatures in his range can't block attack. But they have also 25%....10% to miss with an attack

ok at your guys skill ideas, bloodfeast is like vamp gaze on steiroids and would make blood necs almost unkillable. a 125 health heal every 8 secs for 5 energy that also deals dmg, along with vamp gaze and any elite you want this is vicious and a bit imbal, and honestly not needed.
ok and blind shot should be called blinding shot i think and i really think rangers are the masters of conditions already, adding a ranged blind to them is a bit much. i would preffer something like
Heavy Shot
if this attack hits it deals +dmg. if this attack fails it blinds the target for 1...15 secs.
and your spirit just seems like something an angry r-spiker would come up with. this is definatly not needed and major imbal.

Why do they all have insane recharge time?
Most are 30-60 secs, and who wants to wait that long for any skill?
The only one with a shorter recharge is Sonic Boom, and I think that is the most likely to be spammed as much as possible.

most of them havbe a long recharge because their effects are very potent. and you would wait if the skill is good.

I would not take any skill to a PvE mission (which can be done in about 20 minutes or less) that I can only use about 20-40 times that mission, if I use it on recharge, when I can take a skill/spell with a shorter recharge, by about 10 times, that may be less potent, but it will do far more in a shorter amount of time.

wow, nice skills, unlike what i'd make, (such as an ele skill that hits for 100...200 damage and burns, cripples, deep wound, bleeding, blindness, and dazed conditions :P lol) these ones are actually pretty fairly balanced and i could see them in the game. +id probably use some of them, unlike the many useless skills in the game (seriously people, who uses peace and harmony?!?)

um thanks lol, i try to keep balance. and as far as a long recharge. i always MS in pve cause i may not use it a lot cause i glyph of sac it, if there is a large group of mobs a glyph ms is a ton of help, just like these, and alot of them are mainly for pvp.
