The Staff must have inherent mods:
Halves Skill Recharge 20% all
Halves Casting time of Spells 20% fire magic
REMEMBER, those must be INHERENT mods, the HCT 20% can't be ADEPT STAFF HEAD, I want inherent 20% HCT mod!
the Staff must have max fire dmg.
ps: I am also interested of HSR 20% +10energy, max fire dmg, req (any) fire HCT 10% all platinum staff
