Minotaurs outside of Ice Tooth, Drops?

Does anyone know what the Minotaurs outside of the Ice Tooth Cave can drop in Hardmode besides tomes/picks? Thanks.

nothing special, just easy farm
white and gold stuff. Though I did get a gold summit hammer in a chest nearby, so maybe the minotaurs themselfs drop them also

I have gotten a few max damage sickles, all white though, so there is a chance at making a lot of money. With my warrior, and average run takes 20 minutes, and I make about 3-4k, nothing great, but still a steady source of money.

lots of max tribal axes it seems, or close enough to be certain if they were purple/gold not white/blue they would be max.

ive gotten a few gold shields

Alright place to get some experience, but there are better places to spend your farming time.

Some gold, a few whites, War tomes and maybe max damage sickes
