2 dead bows req 9 1=15% while ench 20/20, 30 hp
2=15%-10, 20/20 and +30hp

3. 40kish imo, get another pc on the dead bows if you like

FYI: modding decreases you overall profit you make from items (never really increases the worth of an item)
