From the more than 1,000 entries, through multiple levels of judging, approximately 100 concepts were selected as finalist entries. Then, the entire Guild Wars Development Team judged the finalists. Eleven concepts were selected as winners, and those concepts will be the basis for new items that will be added to the game in the upcoming months. Another fourteen item concepts were selected as Honorable Mentions, and it is possible that those concepts may also become items in the future. In two instances, design concepts from multiple contestants were combined to form a single entry for judging and those combined concepts would be used as the basis for one new item, although each of those contestants will receive a prize.

I want that dragon scythe and that blue sword(kinda reminds me of celestial sword) O_o and that Black and white dragon shield in the runner up area

That shield at the end looks pretty tight. I hope they make the warrior weapons pretty big, though...

(yes I know entries become property of Anet or NcSoft...but what are they going to do...disqualify me? lol)

Maybe I'm biased...but some of those picks I just don't understand...some are excellent though...

That one bow winner is interesting...I'm guessing that will be come "Melandru's Longbow" or something.

Yours is a great bow design -- one of my favourites! There are many, many wonderful concepts and designs that didn't make this list. That's not to say they're completely forgotten, though. And at this time, I shall say no more.

thats pretty....meh, no offense people who entered
and the swords/daggers look fairly familiar to what we have now

then again i tend to favour the more "exotic skins, but good job to those who entered and those who won

I love that blue sword.

I just hope none of these end up being like the Guardian of the Hunt and the Jade Sword. Both of which I still have never actually seen in-game...

On second thought, if they make that the end-game green sword, its just going to be another 15>50, 20/20, 30hp sword, which I don't need another of.

The Focus item. The drawing is pretty tame, but I think the designers could see the potential in what I was going for. I think I'm gonna model my own version for ha has!

I entered it because I play ranger a lot and I want to see fire and ice and special effects used more in weapons...especially in bows...
